• An enhancement which will now allow you to bring IT Glue flexible asset records into your Autotask tickets, along with Passwords and Document.

  • You can now "recover IT Glue default rules" and build new rules quickly through duplicating an existing one, and modifying it to your specifications.
    
    

• Create and assign a custom role, to delegate Passwords Rotation to IT Glue users being assigned this role.

• Option is now available in IT Glue Runbooks to manually include archived assets when generating the export.

• Option to import secret key is now available in importing passwords.
